About WoPEX Manufacturing India

A Swiss-collaborated fabrication and Welding specialist work together with Tech’Firm Special Process founded in 2019 — Geneva HQ with an export-ready manufacturing facility in Chakan MIDC Pune. We combine certified welding coordination, skilled NDT personnel and manufacturing capacity to deliver traceable, high-quality Welded assemblies for regulated industries.

      Our Inspection Facilities

      Dimentional measuring instruments

      Our certified inspectors perform thorough visual checks using precision tools including vernier callipers, height gauges, welding gauges, and surface tables to ensure weld quality, accuracy, and compliance with international standards.

      Destructive Testing

      All mechanical testing—tensile, bend, impact, and hardness—is conducted at NABL-approved laboratories. Macro examination is performed in-house to evaluate weld penetration, fusion quality, and structural integrity.

      Non- destructive Testing

      WOPEX employs ASNT Level 2 and ISO 9712 certified personnel for in-house Visual Testing (VT) and Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT/LPT). Advanced methods including RT, UT, and MPT are outsourced to certified agencies for comprehensive quality assurance.
